How it works

Students

  • Use the search engine to find the online tutor that suits you according to the language, price or rating.
  • A green check mark on the tutor’s picture indicates that the tutor is online in Skype, available to tutoring.
  • Contact the tutor for Skype by simply pressing the green button on the tab of the tutor.
  • Agree to the terms of tutoring: duration, topics to talk, opportunity to try for free for a few minutes...
  • When you agree, press the blue button to launch the counter. Wait that the tutor also activates the counter and then you can start talking.
  • The counter will update your balance every second.
  • You can end the tutoring at any time. Just stop the counter, and hangs up on Skype, your balance will be updated deducting the tutoring price.
  • Rate the tutor, leave a comment about the session and add to your favorites if you want to easily find another time.

Tutor

  • Set up your Skype account so that students can contact you when connected. If you set correctly your Skype account, you do not need to be connected to WachyWachy to be contacted by a student when you are online with Skype.
  • When you are contacted by a student through Skype, you agree with him tutoring conditions: duration, topics, the option to talk free minute to test.
  • Before starting the tutoring, connect to WachyWachy with your user account.
  • When you agree with the student to start the tutoring, students will launch the counter that can count your winnings. If you are connected to WachyWachy, the counter will open up on your screen.
  • Before start the tutoring, validate the counter in your window. When the student confirms the start, you will see the seconds start running in your window, adding credit to your balance. This is the kick-off for the tutoring.
  • If the student stops the counter you will receive a notice on your screen and will mean that the tutoring is finished. Hang up Skype and see how your balance has increased with the amount of the last tutoring.
